I grew up in my family's restaurants, studied hotel management in Boston, then rediscovered my joy of creating digitally and immersed myself in the New York tech and startup community for a number of years.

Email meBoldly, PDF-to-Website Micro-SaaS for Real Estate
Running a full AI-assited product development workflow using Cursor and Claude Code. Integrated Claude API for PDF extraction and content generation. Utilizing Cloudflare for edge deployment and serverless infrastructure.
Currently exploring product positioning, distribution and customer acquisition.
Conceptualized and built an inbound email handler taking attached PDF and automatically drafting a listing website in under a minute.
Internal Business Tool: Real Estate Agent Email Finder & CRM
Built an internal email finder and cold outreach tool for Boldly business development.
The tool remotely downloads a publicly available ZIP of agent licensees from the DRE list of 435k agents; unzips and syncs the .csv with the internal tool.
The search feature accepts natural language (e.g. "salespersons in Woodland Hills licensed in April 2021"). It produces results from the tool's database and dynamically finds an agent's email address.
Once found, I can compose and send a personalized outreach email directly from the app via Resend.
